Ten Ways Israel Is Treated Differently

Posted by Henric C. Jensen on January 11, 2009

First, Israel is the only UN member state whose very right to exist is under constant challenge. Notwithstanding the fact that Israel was created with the imprimatur of the UN and has been a member of the world body since 1949, there is a relentless chorus of nations, institutions and individuals denying Israel’s very political legitimacy. No one would dare question the right to exist of Libya, Saudi Arabia or Syria. Why is it open hunting season on Israel, as if we didn’t know the answer?

Second, Israel is the only UN member state that’s been publicly targeted for annihilation by another UN member state. Think about it. The Iranian president calls for wiping Israel off the map. Is there any other country that faces such an open call for genocidal destruction?

Third, Israel is the only nation whose capital city, Jerusalem, is not recognized by other nations. Imagine the absurdity of this. Foreign diplomats live in Tel Aviv while conducting virtually all their business in Jerusalem. Though no Western nation questions Israel’s presence in the city’s western half, where the prime minister’s office, Knesset and Ministry of Foreign Affairs are located, there are no embassies there. In fact, look at listings of world cities, including places of birth in passports, and you’ll often see something striking – Paris, France; Tokyo, Japan; Pretoria, South Africa; Lima, Peru; and Jerusalem, sans country – orphaned, if you will.

Fourth, the UN has two agencies that deal with refugees. One, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), focuses on all the world’s refugee populations, save one. The other, the United Nations Refugee and Works Administration (UNRWA), handles only the Palestinians. But the oddity goes further than two structures and two bureaucracies. They have two different mandates. UNHCR seeks to resettle refugees; UNRWA does not. When, in 1951, John Blanford, UNRWA’s director, proposed resettling up to 250,000 refugees in Arab countries, those countries refused, leading to his resignation. The message got through. No UN official since has pushed for resettlement.

Moreover, the UNRWA and UNHCR definitions of a refugee differ markedly. Whereas the UNHCR targets those who have fled their homelands, the UNRWA definition covers “the descendants of persons who became refugees in 1948,” without any generational limitations.

Fifth, Israel is the only country that has won all its major wars for survival and self-defense, yet it’s confronted by defeated adversaries who insist on dictating the terms of peace. In doing so, ironically, they’ve found support from many countries who, victorious in war, demanded — and got – border adjustments.

Sixth, Israel is the only country that has been censured by name — not once, but nine times — since the new UN Human Rights Council was established in June 2006. Astonishingly, or maybe not, this UN body has failed to adopt a single resolution critical of any real human rights abuser. When finally discussing the Darfur situation, the Council shamefully balked at pointing a finger at Sudan.

Seventh, Israel is the only country that, in violation of the spirit of the UN Charter, isn’t a full member of one of the five regional blocs — Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and West Europe and Others (WEOG) — that determine eligibility for candidacy for key UN posts. While Israel achieved a breakthrough in 2000 and joined WEOG, its membership is limited to New York, not other UN centers, and is both conditional and temporary.

Eighth, Israel is the only country that’s the daily target of three UN bodies established solely to advance the Palestinian cause and to bash Israel — the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, the Special Committee to Investigate Israeli Practices Affecting the Human Rights of the Palestinian People, and the Division for Palestinian Rights in the UN’s Department of Political Affairs.

Ninth, Israel is the only country that is the target of a boycott by the British-based National Union of Journalists. An earlier British boycott against Israeli academic institutions was voided on a technicality because the union that adopted the measure merged with another. There is now an incipient call by some in the British Medical Association to exclude its Israeli counterpart from the World Medical Association.

And tenth, Israel is the only country where some associated with its majority population, i.e., Jews, openly call, for political or religious reasons, to dismantle the state. Is there a comparable situation to those religious voices of Neturei Karta, for example, who traveled to Teheran to join publicly with a leader seeking Israel’s destruction, as well as those political extremists who seek to delegitimize the State of Israel and call for a “one-state” solution? Speaking of our own worst enemies… Tackling any one of these ten, much less all of them, is a daunting challenge, to state the painfully obvious. And, as I suggested, this list is far from complete. But it gives a sense of what’s going on beyond the daily headlines.

The old ad used to say that you don’t have to be Jewish to love Levy’s Jewish rye bread. Well, surely, you don’t have to be an ardent pro-Israel activist to be troubled by the unjust treatment of Israel. All it takes is a capacity for outrage that things like this are going on before our very eyes.

Arab European League Replies to Wilders and “The West”

Posted by Henric C. Jensen on March 30, 2008

The video above is Xianophobic, Antsemitic and hateful towards the West – not surprising at all. I would have produced something similar in response to the Fitna Movie, had I been the least inclined to practice “eye for an eye” or “tooth for a tooth”. What has the European Arab League achieved by creating and publishing this video? More hatred, more prejudice and more violence. Nice, well done! Sardonic
However, I knew all this already – what I do not know is why Wilders is wrong, and the AEL doesn’t answer my question. It doesn’t take the opportunity to educate me about Islam. It just perpetuates the cycle of hatred. It’s sad. Here there was a golden opportunity to show the peaceful nature of Islam, the tolerant nature of Islam, and the AEL blows it – right in my face. They just proved people like Connie and Wilders right.
It is their right under the idea of Freedom of Speech – they have a right to respond in any way they like, but forgive me for being disappointed when all I see is them being just as hateful and prejudiced as Geert Wilders.
1. Wilders’ Islamophobia is directly connected to his “Zionism”, according the the Arab European League.
2. To discredit Judaism and Jewish people, they use a “quote” they attribute to the Talmud. However this “quote” from Avodah Zara is a pure fabrication.

“A heretic Gentile you may kill outright with your own hands.”

Here is Avodah Zara 4b in English.

The “quote” doesn’t exist anywhere in Talmud.

That it is a fabrication, usually used by White Nationalists and some extreme Xians, can be arrived at by using logic:

Talmud is a purely Jewish Scripture, it is only concerned with Jews and Jewish Law. Why would it be concerned with Gentile Heretics? One is either Jewish or one is not, and since Talmud is concerned with Jewish Law, not Gentile Law, it wouldn’t make a ruling on what is a Gentile Heretic.

Pure Antisemitism – now, why respond to Islamophobia with Antisemitism? It makes no sense.

Zionist=Jew – Radical Far Left Speak originates in Soviet Vocabulary

Posted by Henric C. Jensen on March 25, 2008

In 1968 the Government of Poland – a marionette for the Soviet Regime, decided to crack-down heavily on any criticism of the Regime. An unproportionally large number of Jewish Intellectuals were arrested, accused of, among other things being a “Zionist fifth column”, despite the fact that most of them didn’t identify as being Jewish or had any ties to Israel or Judaism. The word “Zionist” was used as an euphemism for “Jews”, and the remaining Poles of Jewish decent were ‘asked’ to leave, fully in accordance with Soviet anti-zionist politics. (Summarized from Dagens Nyheter March 22 – original: Peter Wolodarski)

The official position of the Soviet Union and its satellite states and agencies was that Zionism was a tool used by the Jews and Americans for “racist imperialism.” The meaning of the term Zionism was misrepresented to conform to a policy of the ruling Communist Party of the Soviet Union: “the main posits of modern Zionism are militant chauvinism, racism, anti-Communism and anti-Sovietism,… overt and covert fight against freedom movements and the USSR.”[6]

Howard Sachar described the allegations of global Jewish conspiracy resurrected during the Soviet “anti-Zionist” campaign in the wake of the Six-Day War:

“In late July 1967, Moscow launched an unprecedented propaganda campaign against Zionism as a “world threat.” Defeat was attributed not to tiny Israel alone, but to an “all-powerful international force.” … In its flagrant vulgarity, the new propaganda assault soon achieved Nazi-era characteristics. The Soviet public was saturated with racist canards. Extracts from Trofim Kichko’s notorious 1963 volume, Judaism Without Embellishment, were extensively republished in the Soviet media. Yuri Ivanov’s Beware: Zionism, a book essentially replicated The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, was given nationwide coverage.”[7]

A similar picture was drawn by Paul Johnson: the mass media “all over the Soviet Union portrayed the Zionists (i.e. Jews) and Israeli leaders as engaged in a world-wide conspiracy along the lines of the old Protocols of Zion. It was, Sovietskaya Latvia wrote 5 August 1967, an ‘international Cosa Nostra with a common centre, common programme and common funds'”.[8] The Israeli government was also referred to as a “terrorist regime” which “has raised terror to the level of state politics”. Even regarding Entebbe hostage crisis Soviet media reported: “Israel committed an act of aggression against Uganda, assaulting the Entebbe airport.”[9]

So… when the Radical Far Left use “Zionists” they use it the same way the Totalitarian and Fascist Regime(s) of the former East European Block. The Radical Far Left don’t differentiate between the Jewish People and the political movement called Zionism.

Don’t be fooled, when they say “Zionist”, they mean “Jew”.

Jew-Baiter Chapter Umpteenth

Posted by Henric C. Jensen on March 22, 2008

“So, K, you condemn the Israeli government for selling land only to Jewish people? The reverend is talking about those that persecuted, or are persecuting, blacks. Just as you, being a Jew, might talk about Nazis.”

My Reply: “Your question is a non-question, and as stated, Jew-baiting. You think that Jews are a homogeneous group who all have the same opinions based in our Jewishness, that’s where that question comes from, and we all know exactly where that is. You are asking the question because K is Jewishyou would not ask it of a non-Jew, regardless of what their opinion on Israeli Real Estate policies are. That, is Antisemitism, whether you like it, acknowledge it or not.”

The fact is that K’s ethnicity has absolutely nothing to do with the Topic of discussion, which was Barack Obama’s lack of distancing from Reverend Jeremiah Wright and his racist comments. But this is so typical of this particular person, whom I have not identified. It is the tactics of a Jew-Baiter and an Antisemite. It becomes even more obvious when one knows that K has always been opposed to Israeli Government Racism.

Anti-Semitism, A Global Issue

Posted by Henric C. Jensen on March 15, 2008

WASHINGTON (CNN) — A report from the U.S. State Department details “an upsurge” across the world of anti-Semitism — hostility and discrimination toward Jewish people.

German Nazi Paraphanalia
A German police officer holds items seized from an extremist group in Goerlitz, Germany, in 2006.”Today, more than 60 years after the Holocaust, anti-Semitism is not just a fact of history, it is a current event,” the report says. The report — called Contemporary Global Anti-Semitism and given to Congress on Thursday — is dedicated to the memory of the late U.S. Rep. Tom Lantos, a survivor of the Holocaust, the extermination of 6 million Jews during World War II.The report details physical acts of anti-Semitism, such as attacks, property damage, and cemetery desecration. It also lists manifestations such as conspiracy theories concerning Jews, Holocaust denial, anti-Zionism and the demonization of Israel.

Equation between Nazis and Israel

“Over much of the past decade, U.S. embassies worldwide have noted an increase in anti-Semitic incidents, such as attacks on Jewish people, property, community institutions, and religious facilities,” the report says.

The report also deals with efforts to combat the bigotry, described by Gregg J. Rickman, the department’s special envoy to monitor and combat anti-Semitism, as “one of the oldest forms of malicious intolerance.”

The report says violent acts and desecration of Jewish property happen whether there are a lot of Jews or only a few living in the region. Bigoted rhetoric, conspiracy theories regarding Jews, and anti-Semitic propaganda are transmitted over the airwaves and on the Internet.

It says that although Nazism and fascism are rejected by the West “and beyond,” blatant forms of anti-Semitism are “embraced and employed by the extreme fringe.”

“Traditional forms of anti-Semitism persist and can be found across the globe. Classic anti-Semitic screeds, such as ‘The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion’ and ‘Mein Kampf’ remain commonplace.

“Jews continue to be accused of blood libel, dual loyalty, and undue influence on government policy and the media, and the symbols and images associated with age-old forms of anti-Semitism endure.”

Accusations of Bloodlibel

New forms of anti-Semitism are reflected in rhetoric that compares Israel to the Nazis and attributes “Israel’s perceived faults to its Jewish character.”

This kind of anti-Semitism, the report says, “is common throughout the Middle East and in Muslim communities in Europe, but it is not confined to these populations.”

The report says various U.N. bodies are regularly asked to launch “investigations of what often are sensationalized reports of alleged atrocities and other violations of human rights by Israel.”

“The collective effect of unremitting criticism of Israel, coupled with a failure to pay attention to regimes that are demonstrably guilty of grave violations, has the effect of reinforcing the notion that the Jewish state is one of the sources, if not the greatest source, of abuse of the rights of others, and thus intentionally or not encourages anti-Semitism.”

The report gives examples of leaders and governments that “fan the flames of anti-Semitic hatred within their own societies and even beyond their borders.” It cites Syria, Belarus, Venezuela, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.

200px-syriabasharalassad01.jpg alexander-lukashenko-1.jpg Hugo Chavez Hosni Mubarak King Abdullah

“Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has actively promoted Holocaust denial, Iran’s Jewish population faces official discrimination, and the official media outlets regularly produce anti-Semitic propaganda,” the report adds.

It notes “societal anti-Semitism” in places where there have been efforts to fight the problem. Among the countries are Poland, Ukraine, Russia, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.

Modern Nazis

“Recent increases in anti-Semitic incidents have been documented in Argentina, Australia, Canada, South Africa, and beyond,” the report said.

The report is a follow-up to the State Department’s January 2005 “Report on Global anti-Semitism.”

I chose to quote the entire article because the quotes from the Report are interspersed and quoting just the quotes, when I have no source reference for them wouldn’t make any sense. I guess you’d have to be Jewish to be aware that Anti-Semitism has never really died out, or that it is now on the rise. One would also have to be pretty savvy when it comes to identifying the underlying “philosophical” source of Anti-semitism in our “Modern Society” to actually realize that a lot of is heard and done today is not as politically correct as some want to pretend.

For instance the almost complete indifference towards OTHER human rights violations, than those of Israel, in the general media, most Human Rights Groups and among those who traditionally have stood for the fight against violations of human rights.

One such example is the fact that the issue of Israel/Palestine covers discussions threads in the double numbers in a Discussion Group with more than 66.000 members, while f.i human rights violations in China, Burma or several African Nations together doesn’t even get to 10… In all fairness it has to be said that Israel doesn’t top the list of issues discussed in this Group – the USA is – but if we say that the US covers 50%, Israel 40% and the rest of the world 10%, we are not very far off. I know this because I happen to be one of the Admins of that specific Group. Over the years I have, together with my wife, had to work hard to balance out the “Anti-Israel Lobby”, and in doing so having been dubbed Extreme Zionist, NaZionist and other epithets simply for saying that the criticism has to be balanced, truthful and fair and that Israel has a right to exist. I have met all kinds of Antisemitism in this specific work, everything from blatant hatred for everything Jewish and honest belief that the Protocols of the Elders of Zion is an authentic document that proves a Jewish World Conspiracy, to Antisemitism cloaked as Antizionism and Antiisraelism, where Israel and Mossad is being equated with Jews in general.

What has been a red thread through all of this is the idea that Israel, Zionists, and Jews do what they do because they are Jewish, the innate reason for any action by Israel, Zionists and Jews is believed to be their Jewishness. This is Antisemitism at its very core.

Of course people may live in denial, claim that Antisemitism is a thing of the past and that today’s Antisemitism is “just” a reaction to the actions of Israel, and not Antisemitism at all but justified criticism of a Jewish State. However the disproportionality, the lack of objectivity and reason, does beg the question.

Funny Replies

Posted by Henric C. Jensen on October 14, 2007

I had the most amazing reply to my previous Blog Entry – the one about Criticism and Bashing – for some reason it seems that it’s been, as a friend of my stated, “Coming Out Week for Moronic Antisemites…” After the last month’s two attacks on my person in contexts that had NOTHING to do with Judaism or my being Jewish, I tend to agree.

First there was this one:

“SOB and Ket Seem Tolerant enough as Long as People Don’t Fight with them over Thier Ethnic Religious Issues (Most People are that way About Defending Thier Religious and Ethnic Roots).”

In a discussion partly about a person who had been booted as Host… where was the context – fact: There was none – this person just decided to have a whack at me (and my wife) because I am Jewish. Mystifying to say the least.

Then came this one:

“The Tzar of Russia mandated that everyone must convert to Judism thus the mass migration of those who didn’t want to, to the US. Those who couldn’t leave either pretended to be converted or killed off. Lenin just got tired of this crap and rebeled. He did to an exteme, he had no state recognized faith or belief system. He saw how evil it becomes thus he didn’t allow the public display of any religion. He didn’t restrict any religious belief in all reality, he just made you keep it personal and private. To some degree he was right also he was wrong. He was right about religion being a personal thing and it has no place in government, in a country with all religions being followed by many different folks. In the early 1800’s there were as many religions in old Russia as there is in the present day USA. Yes it’s hard to imagine. Also at that time in history it seems that the Jews in the middle east were living side by side with Muslims and Hindus without any major problems or restrictions.
Very few of the Jews from Russia that didn’t stay and help kill off all the Christians in Russia escaped from the revolution by Lenin went to the middle east. The vast majority of them either went to the US, western Europe, Germany, Poland and some of the Balkin states and some to Italy. They really screwed up, they could all be oil barrons by now if they had of played their cards rights in the time of the Revolution. Hind sight is always 20-20. “

Although it wasn’t an attack on me personally, it seems that the author was somehow compelled to include this antisemitic horse manure at the sight of my avatar, which fascinates me no end.

Is it Coming Out Month for Moronic Antisemites?

For the Better of Man Kind…

Posted by Henric C. Jensen on September 17, 2007

“The ethnic cleansing that the Nazis did, to purify the race, to better man kind, wasn’t what the Nazis were doing.

They were killing people to gain power and control people.”

BC, get real – the only reason the Nazis killed the Jews, the homosexuals, the mentally ill and handicapped, the physically disabled, political dissidents etc were so they could have a Pure German Volk – and Lebensraum for that Volk.

“Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it.”

“The art of leadership… consists in consolidating the attention of the people against a single adversary and taking care that nothing will split up that attention.”

“The very first essential for success is a perpetually constant and regular employment of violence.” From Adolf Hitler Quote

“[The Jews’] ultimate goal is the denaturalization, the promiscuous bastardization of other peoples, the lowering of the racial level of the highest peoples as well as the domination of his racial mishmash through the extirpation of the folkish intelligentsia and its replacement by the members of his own people,” (Adolf Hitler in “Mein Kampf 1 Volume – quote taken from Teacher’s Guide“)

“On the contrary, the German people were of the highest racial purity and those destined to be the master race according to Hitler. To maintain that purity, it was necessary to avoid intermarriage with subhuman races such as Jews and Slavs.”(From Teachers Guide to Adolf Hitler)

To claim that Hitler and the Nazis did what they did for power and control is down right ridiculous – and it is a falsification of the facts of Antisemitism in Europe in the first half of the 20th century. As well as offensive.

Zionist holocaust against the Palestinian people…

Posted by Henric C. Jensen on August 2, 2007

Hamas leader Khaled Mash’al seem to have an interesting understanding of reality and historical events. It is certainly true that the Palestinian People have on occasion been treated badly by the Secular State of Israel and Religious Settlers in the Occupied Territories. Somehow, however, one will have to question the mental faculties of a man who seriously claims that this in any way is comparable to what the Germans did to the Jewish people, or even worse.

clipped from
“I want to make it clear to the West and to the German people, which is still being blackmailed because of what Nazism did to the Zionists, or to the Jews. I say that what Israel did to the Palestinian people is many times worse than what Nazism did to the Jews, and there is exaggeration, which has become obsolete, regarding the issue of the Holocaust. We do not deny the facts, but we will not give in to extortion by exaggeration. As for the Zionist holocaust against the Palestinian people, and against the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nation – this is a holocaust that is being perpetrated in broad daylight, with the coverage of the media of globalization. Nobody can deny it or claim that it is being exaggerated.”

blog it

It would seem that it is in fact the Palestinian Leadership, and in this case representatives for Hamas that is “blackmailing the entire world” by using hyperbole and distortions of historical facts. Hardly worthy of an elected official. But then what can be expected from a man who is clearly delusional in terms of truth and reality?

Protocols of the Elders of Zion and the Banks

Posted by Henric C. Jensen on June 7, 2007

One of the most hard-to-kill myths, derived from the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, is the idea that Jews control the World Economy. In the name of the Protocols Jews have been accused of being filthy rich and squandering money on their own, while on the other hand be cheap and petty elsewhere. The point being, of course that Jews are bad whichever way you see them.

“Protocol #6. At the same time we must intensively patronize trade and industry, but, first and foremost, speculation, the part played by which is to provide a counterpoise to industry: the absence of speculative industry will multiply capital in private hands and will serve to restore agriculture by freeing the land from indebtedness to the land banks. What we want is that industry should drain off from the land both labor and capital and by means of speculation transfer into our hands all the money of the world, and thereby throw all the GOYIM into the ranks of the proletariat. Then the GOYIM will bow down before us, if for no other reason but to get the right to exist.”

“In 1962, Omni Publications, a distributor of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, reprinted an early attack on the Federal Reserve called The Truth About the Slump (1931), in which author A.N. Field asserted:

“The Money Power that rules the world today is centered in the hands of individuals of a particular race and creed.” Field labeled the founding of America’s Federal Reserve as that point when “the United States was enslaved under this German-Jew engine of control.”

It is interesting to note that A.N. Field doesn’t name the “race and creed” thus leaves it up to the reader to make the connection to the Jews on his own without Field getting his hands dirty. That is the way Conspiracy Theories work – leave as much as possible up to the imagination of the audience. An audience that very often was poorly educated, under stress due to social or political mismanagement in the Government. So. Where did the idea of the filthy rich Jew, that control the Economy come from? There are historical precedence for the idea, though the reality it sprung from is far from glamorous or especially filthy (unless you call locking people up in Ghettoes, holding their relatives hostage and refusing to pay debts) filthy…

The Court Jew:

“The first examples of what would be later called court Jews emerged during the Renaissance when local rulers used services of Jewish bankers for short-term loans. They lent money to nobles and in the process gained social influence.”

During the Middle Ages, there were two Powers in the world – the Church and the State/City State. Those two were more often than not in conflict with each other, and while the Church could and would finance its wars/conflicts through taxing and selling salvation in the form of large estates, forced donations and withdrawn alms, the Secular Rulers didn’t have this opportunity, not only due to the fact that when the Church had taxed the people, there wasn’t that much left to take – the Church most often barred money trading, money lending and financial speculations through heavy Church penalties for those who engaged in such. With the exception of the Jews.

The Jews, in those times when they were allowed to reside in a city or a nation, were exempt from those penalties, because they were not Xians. Furthermore, the Jews were most often barred from other avenues seeking a livelihood. They were, by secular and religious law, forced to live apart from Xian Society, which meant they simply could not trade or move out-side the “Jewish Quarters”, unless they had notes of passage issued by the Xian Officials, who answered to the Ruler. Such notes of passage cost money. Often, if not always, a Jewish Community would pool resources to buy one or two of those notes of passage, so the community could trade out-side the Ghettoes – with other Jewish Communities in the country where they resided and in other countries. This meant that they aquired contacts and trade routes as well as a capacity for money lending. Money that the secular rulers needed. So the Jews became money lenders, not by choice, but by necessity.

The “social influence” they gained invariably took the form of a hostage situation, where the Jew with a note of passage and the contacts and money were forced to lend money to various noblemen and rulers to fend off destruction of the Jewish Community. He became a Court Jew. It was not uncommon that the nobleman required that the female relatives, most often daughters, of the Court Jew become his or concubine, or that he at least reserved the right to do so if the Court Jew didn’t comply. More often than not the debts were never paid, they were either annulled through a pogrom or through an assassination of the Court Jew, after which another Jew were “compelled” to take his place. By the time of the Renaissance this had become an established practice, and the few large Jewish “Houses” in Europe descend from this. Later the Court Jew became simply “a useful Jew“.

At some times it was even “fashionable” among Gentiles to have one or more Court Jews, and they competed among themselves to get “the best ones” tied to their courts…Most of the Great Houses of Europe are built on Jewish money that were never paid back – one of them is the Royal Family in England. So the “great Jewish Houses” like Rothchilds, didn’t get into banking as part of any conspiracy, but out of necessity – again a question has to be raised – why is it ok when non-Jews pass their professions and legacy on to their children, but not when Jews do it? And why would it be a bad thing to use a socially “positive” position to pass benefits on to your people?

Protocols of the Elders of Zion and the Crescent Moon

Posted by Henric C. Jensen on June 5, 2007

An article in the Egyptian state-owned newspaper al-Akhbar on February 3, 2002 stated:

“All the evils that currently affect the world are the doings of Zionism. This is not surprising, because the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, which were established by their wise men more than a century ago, are proceeding according to a meticulous and precise plan and time schedule, and they are proof that even though they are a minority, their goal is to rule the world and the entire human race.”

Nowhere has the Protocols been published in so many editions and so many copies as in the Arab World – not even in Germany during WWII. It pains me because on the one hand the world is full of Muslims and Arabs that are as opposed to Anti-Semitism as I am, and yet the Protocols are being used to dupe, betray and manipulate Arab and Muslim People into believing that Jews are the evil of all evil.

PA Daily:

“Morale and psychological manipulation has a significant place in the minds of Jews, and formed a very important source of strength in the “Hebrew State”… Disinformation has been one of the bases of morale and psychological manipulation among the Israelis, and propaganda played an important role in the psychological prodding of world political leaders to support Zionism… The “Protocol’s of the Elders of Zion” did not ignore the importance of using propaganda to promote the Zionist goals. In the second protocol is written: “Through the newspapers we will have the means to propel and to influence”. In the twelfth protocol: “Our governments will hold the reins of most of the newspapers, and through this plan we will possess the primary power to turn to public opinion.” [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, official PA daily, Jan 25 2001]”
The Cover of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion published by the Palestinian Authority.

“The Egyptian 40 part TV series connecting the State of Israel’s founding to the principles of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion triggered worldwide interest and outrage. This series broadcast every day during the month of Ramadan “…on 22 Arab stations, among them Egypt 2, Syria, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iraq, Lebanon and other Arab states.” [Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, November 1, 2002]”

“The purpose of the military policy is to impose this situation on the residents and force them to leave their homes, and this is done in the framework of the Protocols of Zion…[Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, November 18, 2001]

“For the second consecutive year, Arab television featured a vicious anti-Semitic series that depicts stereotypical Jews hatching a plot for Jewish world control and domination. The program, Ash-Shatat (“The Diaspora”) is a Syrian production and was aired in October and November 2003 by the Lebanon-based satellite television network Al-Manar, which is owned by the terrorist organization Hezbollah. Al-Manar is widely available to viewers across the Muslim and Arab world and around the world.” (From ADL)

At the 2005 Cairo IBF a stand of the Syrian publisher displayed a new, 2005 edition of the Protocols authorized by the Syrian Ministry of Information. In Syria government-controlled television channels occasionally broadcast mini-series concerning the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, along with several other anti-semitic themes.

I am not quoting these sources as some sort of Arab bashing. These are factual quotes – the Protocols of the Elders of Zion are widely spread throughout the world of the Crescent Moon, and they do have a huge impact as they are almost never refuted or criticized. To many in the Arab World, the Protocols are a second Qu’ran, which they are familiarized with as soon at they are old enough to go to a madrasa.

And let’s not forget Mohammad Amin al-Husayni – the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, who promised Hitler that he would purge the Jews from Brittish Palestine…

“He repeated his former support for Germany and “wanted to know to what extent the Third Reich was prepared to support the Arab movement against the Jews.

He requested that:

“Germany and Italy recognize the right of the Arab countries to solve the question of the Jewish elements, which exist in Palestine and in the other Arab countries, as required by the national and ethnic (völkisch) interests of the Arabs, and as the Jewish question was solved in Germany and Italy.

He doesn’t cite the Protocols, but then he didn’t need to, as the Protocols were already at the core of the reason why the Jews had to be exterminated.

My point is that when we in the Western World hear about Arab and/or Islamic hatred for the State of Israel and Zionism – they are not speaking of just disliking having to give up some land, or human rights abuses by Israeli Forces, they truly believe that the very existence of Israel is part of a World Wide Jewish Conspiracy to dominate the world and make them slaves.

They believe this because this is what is fed to them through the media they have access to, it is being preached to them by their religious leaders and taught to them in their schools.

Ironically, they fail to see that the mechanisms described in the Protocols are being used against them by their leaders, not just as a diversion of attention from the corruption of their own governments, but to lull them into a dream of re-resurrecting the Empire of Saladin the Great.
